Calendar Sponsorship
Sponsoring a Calendar month connects you to a highly targeted audience of choral enthusiasts . . . and demonstrates community spirit by supporting TriangleSings! The opportunity is open to any group with a listing in the Events Calendar or the Auditions & Calls Calendar; individuals are welcome to pay on behalf of an organization, performance or call.
Sponsorship enables your group and upcoming activity to become part of the Calendar "banner," where they're linked to your TriangleSings! event or call page, and directly linked to your organization's website. The banner's info and links are repeated in the Choral Notes e-newsletter.
Sponsored events and calls receive higher placement on Calendars, and performances are in larger type on the TriangleSings! homepage "Coming Up Next" list as well as on the Events Calendar; sponsors are acknowledged at Supporting TriangleSings!.
Along with other groups contributing at least $50 annually, Calendar sponsors receive: links in Choral Notes for auditions and calls; publicity for fundraisers, milestones, etc.; the option to offer discounted tickets to TriangleSings! patrons; free "help wanted" ads. "Sustaining Members" – donating $250 a year – may select two complimentary Calendar months for the upcoming season during a summer priority period.
In short . . . Calendar sponsorship means your organization and listing will stand out, with multiple exposures. Underwriting is limited to two presenters per month; banner placement is rotated so that each sponsor appears at the top for part of the time.
Current rates the Events Calendar are below, based on website traffic and postings in previous years. For the Auditions & Calls Calendar, the cost is $70 – except for January, August and September ($85).
Please contact TriangleSings! regarding availability. Once your request is confirmed, mail a check payable to TriangleSings to: Carol T. Robbins, 705 Fearrington Post, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Payment is due six weeks before the beginning of the sponsored month; underwriters' banners appear early in the month prior to the month sponsored.
