Calendar Sponsorship
Sponsoring a Calendar month connects you to a highly targeted audience of choral enthusiasts . . . and demonstrates your support of TriangleSings!, the region's nonprofit online vocal ensemble resource. The option is open to any organization with a listing in the Events Calendar or Auditions & Calls Calendar.
Sponsorship means your group and upcoming activity become part of the Calendar "banner" – linked to your TriangleSings! event or call page, and directly linked to your organization's website. The banner info and links are repeated in that month's Choral Notes e-newsletter(s). Underwriting is limited to two presenters per Calendar; banner placement is rotated so that each sponsor appears first part of the time.
Sponsored events and calls receive preferred (higher) placement on the Calendars, and events are highlighted in bold on both the Calendar and the "Upcoming" roster on the TriangleSings! homepage. Finally, sponsors are acknowledged for one year at Supporting TriangleSings!
In short . . . your organization and listing will stand out, with multiple exposures!
Underwriting the Events Calendar runs from $65 to $110 (current rates below), based on website traffic and Calendar postings in previous years; sponsors of events with no admission fee are entitled to a 10 per cent discount. For the Auditions & Calls Calendar, the cost is $65 – except for January and September ($75) and August ($90). Individuals are welcome to pay on behalf of an organization or performance.
Please contact TriangleSings! about availability. Once your request is confirmed, send a check payable to TriangleSings to: Carol Robbins, 705 Fearrington Post, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Payment is due six weeks before the beginning of the sponsored month; underwriters' banners appear early in the month prior to the month they sponsor.
