    Upcoming: Easter and Spring/Summer church season, Haiti Benefit Concert, and Informal Concert at Duke Chapel

    Description
      Music for Easter includes Handel's Hallelujah Chorus with brass ensemble and Ralph Manuel's Alleluia for a cappella chorus. Also preparing music for a Haiti Benefit Concert on Saturday, May 1, and an informal concert at Duke Chapel on Sunday, June 27.  Other spring/summer music includes Sleep by Eric Whitacre, Saints Bound for Heaven by Alice Parker, and Total Praise by Richard Smallwood.  The concert tour of Philadelphia previously scheduled for this summer has been postponed until the summer of 2011.

    In addition to regular Sunday evening rehearsals, there will be a retreat at the church on Saturday, January 16, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
