Chapel Hill Community Chorus

The Chapel Hill Community Chorus was founded 1980. It is dedicated to performing high-quality choral music from a variety of traditions. The chorus performs two main concerts per year, in December and in May. CHCC also has a select 24-voice ensemble called Cantari, a touring group called Carolina International Chorale and an 8-week nonauditioned summer chorus.

Chorus Basics: Mixed adult chorus, 130 singers

    Audition: Required

    Dues/Fees: $50 per semester, plus cost of music

    When: Tuesday, 7:30 - 9:30 PM

    Rehearsal Season: August to May
