Mebane Community Choir

Mebane

The Mebane Community Choir is a non-denominational, interfaith chorus open to all singers. The choir performs the Christmas portions of Handel's Messiah on the first Sunday of December. No fees are required; scores and robes are provided; new voices in all sections are always welcome. "Messiah in Mebane" is a tradition that extends midway back into the previous century when the late Dr. George Bullard, MD, organized the first performance in the 1951 Christmas season.
