Piedmont Chamber Singers
Piedmont Chamber Singers is a volunteer ensemble with up to 32 members, which has existed for over 30 years in Winston-Salem. PCS presents five concerts each season, plus other special appearances, in Winston-Salem and elsewhere in the region. Concert repertoire ranges from a cappella to fully orchestrated, including music from perennial favorites by Bach, Handel, Mozart and Haydn, to modern masters such as Britten, Copland and Poulenc, to Winston-Salem's own resident composers, Dan Locklair, Kenneth Frazelle, William Stevens, Margaret Sandresky and Doug Borwick.
