Women's Voices Chorus
The Triangle's only community-based classical chorus for sopranos and altos: "Discovering the past; making history of our own." The group performs classical sacred and secular music, folk song settings, spirituals and a little bit of jazz. Half the repertoire is by women composers. (WVC Summer Chorus is the low-impact version of the chorus, usually performing in July as a smaller, less formal, a cappella group.)
