A Garland of Carols
The Piedmont Chamber Singers weave a holiday scene with familiar melodies. The Star (A Christmas Scene) by Jon Washburn presents a tapestry of carols including I Wonder As I Wander, Rise Up Shepherd, and How Brightly Shines the Morning Star, tied together by a moving narration from Carl Sandburg's poem Special Starlight. Carols by Bob Chilcott and Greensboro singer/composer, Bill Snedden, round out the program.
