My Rose, A Shakespeare Oratorio

CHCC welcomes composer Steve Dobrogosz from Sweden for the U.S. premiere of his new composition “My Rose, A Shakespeare Oratorio,” written for chorus, orchestra, jazz pianist and four soloists. (Dobrogosz (www.dobrogosz.com), active in Scandinavia’s jazz scene as both composer and pianist, will be at the piano for this performance. His compositions, numbering over 800, have been compared to the music of George Gershwin and Cole Porter.)
