Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to TriangleSings! To better protect privacy, we provide this notice explaining online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, it is available in the page footer on every page.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the TriangleSings! website. On some pages, you can submit content, sign up for the Choral Notes newsletter and make contact requests. The types of personal information collected at these pages include:

- Email address
- Phone number
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, for an event, you would include the names of the music director and perhaps those accompanying a chorus. In such circumstances, the type of personal information collected is:

- Instrument
In another example, when you list an ensemble in the Chorus Directory, you provide information about a public contact for the group, who may be you or someone else. Personal information in this instance is:

- Phone number
The Way We Use Information
TriangleSings! uses the information you provide about yourself if the need arises for clarification, to help ensure that the website's content is accurate. We do not share this information with outside parties, except for names provided for a public listing. Similarly, we use the information you provide about someone else in creating a public listing; we also may use this for clarifying facts. We do not share this information with outside parties, except to post it on the public listing.
You can register with the website if you would like to receive Choral Notes, our e-newsletter; information you submit for this will not be used for any other purpose and is not shared with outside parties. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive; these addresses also are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design the website and to share with sponsors. For example, we may tell a sponsor that X number of individuals visited a certain area on TriangleSings!, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Commitment to Data Security and Children's Privacy
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at TriangleSings! from those we actually know are under age 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
