SUMMARY:Choral Society of Durham: Durham Community Sing
DESCRIPTION:“Bring Me All Your Dreams”: The second annual Durham Community Sing is for anyone who wants to sing with us, no matter their age, experience with choral singing, or ability to read music. CSD will be joined by eight other local community, school, and church choirs. We start in the morning at Trinity United Methodist Church in downtown Durham, where we will rehearse five pieces together. After lunch (on your own or one will be provided for a small fee), we will sing a free concert, during which time the individual choirs will each sing one piece, and the entire chorus will sing the five pieces we rehearsed in the morning. The event is free, but registration is required so that we can order the right number of musical scores. Parking is plentiful and free.
