Oak City Voices Present “If Music Be the Food of Love – Let’s Eat!!”
It’s FOOD SEASON! Yes! And Oak City Voices are celebrating with a choral concert all about everyone’s favorite topic – FOOD!
This clever, lighthearted, and humorous concert will have you smiling and laughing throughout. Fun for all ages and a nice “treat” before the Holidays get excruciatingly busy!
With music/lyrics from the 40’s to Broadway, Carole King to Charles Dickens, and everything in between, we will be singing about coffee, potato salad, hot chocolate, chicken soup and lots of PIE!
Come join us for a perfect light-hearted “snack” – there will be plenty of time to go out for dinner afterwards. Bon Appetit!
The concert will be conducted by Oak City Voices Artistic Director, Russell McKinney with piano accompaniment by Martha Bass Abernathy. Judith Hillman is the featured soloist.
Tickets are available at the link below or at the door. Doors open at 4:30 pm; general seating.
