Free Honors Chorus Prep Camp

The Piedmont Youth Chorus will host an Honors Chorus Prep Camp to help students in our community prepare for the Honors Chorus Auditions. In addition, we will be offering technical support for elementary students preparing their audio submissions. This is a free camp. Please register your student at infopyc@piedmontopera.org

North Carolina Music Educators Association (NCMEA) hosts three honors choruses each November: Elementary, Middle and High School. The auditions are in-person for middle and high school, but the elementary auditions are audio submissions.

Times are: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM Check-in for Middle School Prep Camp

9:00 – 11: 30 AM Middle School Prep camp

12:30 – 1:00 PM Check-in for High School Prep Camp

1:00 – 3: 30 PM High School Prep Camp

4:00 – 6:00 PM Elementary Audition Support
