Oak City Sound in Apex

Oak City Sound will be performing Friday, June 12 at the Halle Cultural Arts Center in Apex.  It will be our only non-holiday, public, ticketed event in 2026.

Both Oak City Sound Choruses sing in close, four-part, a cappella harmony, and for this show, will be performing mostly familiar tunes – especially if you’ve ever listened to radio stations that played songs from the the 1950s through the 1990s.

If you ask many of our chorus (and audience!) members, these songs are still popular!  These include hits like: “Happy Together“, “I Can See Clearly Now“, “Eight Days A Week“, “Where Everybody Knows Your Name“, and many more.

All tickets are General Admission and cost $17, with a discount to $15 for students and seniors (55+), available only through our website, www.OakCitySound.org.

So come out and have a wonderful evening reliving the days and nights when you were listening to the radio.
