CAYC Summer Auditions for 26/27 Season

Prelude and Lyric auditions for the 2026-2027 season are available during the summer.

Students interested in these performance choirs must sign up for an audition using the form on our website.

Prelude & Lyric Choirs are best fit for those who already have some music/choir experience.

Placement auditions for these ensembles are only for those that are committed to ​a full-year ensemble with multiple rehearsals and performances. For those not ready to commit to a full year ensemble, check out our Discovery, Apprentice, and Encore choirs.

Brand new to choir? 4th-5th graders are encouraged to take several sessions of Apprentice Choir before auditioning for Prelude.
