Heart & Voice Men’s Choir
| Heart & Voice, a 55-voice Mennonite men’s choir, will present a program titled, “Worthy of Our Praise” on Sunday, November 15 at 3:00 PM at the First ARP Church in Statesville, NC.
The program includes a variety of choral musical styles, including samplings of church music, classical selections, American spirituals, and gospel music. You can watch Heart & Voice on YouTube by clicking on this link: Goin’ Home
Every November Heart & Voice brings together singers from across the US and Canada, many of whom have sung with the group multiple times. The men learn the music prior to coming for a weekend of rehearsal and workshops on choral singing and vocal technique. It’s a weekend of hard work and good company. The Sunday afternoon program is presented as a culmination of the weekend activities. The choir is directed by Brandon Mullet, the music director at Faith Builders Educational Programs. Everyone is welcome to attend! For more information call Kyler Martin at (814) 789-4518 ext. 506. |
