The Greensboro Community Women's Chorus is a non-auditioned outreach vocal ensemble open to any female in the Greensboro area. Focused on providing music to those who may not be able to regularly attend concerts, the Greensboro Community Women's Chorus performs at local nursing and assisted living facilities, hospitals, and religious venues. The fall/holiday season runs October-December with weekly performances in December, and the spring season runs February-May with weekly performances in April and May. The Greensboro Community Women’s Chorus sings a wide variety of music including sacred, folk, and show tunes.
The Greensboro Community Chorus rehearses weekly on Tuesday mornings at 10:30am in the choir room of Christ UMC in Greensboro.
