The Fearrington Village Singers is a joint chorus made up of women and men living in Fearrington Village and Galloway Ridge, located between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, NC. In addition to the joint chorus, the women members sing as the Village Voices and the men members sing as the Harmony Grits. No auditions are required for membership. Sisters’ Voices is a choral community of girls (grades 2-8 in two ensembles), where each is known and supported while being challenged to grow as a musician and as a person. Sisters’ Voices intends to open singers to a wide variety of musical styles, encourage development of musicianship, and provide a cooperative atmosphere where girls develop a sense of confidence and competence while creating close friendships and having fun together.
